You will receive a 6 week training programme based on your physiology test, which will be tailored to suit the time you have available to train and your goals.

Determination of Training Zones
A submaximal exercise test involving the collection of heart rate and blood lactate to determine lactate thresholds. You will receive a training zone table which you can use to guide training intensities.

6 Week Individual programme with 3 remote sessions
Gym programme based on movement screening and lifting technique analysis. Written specifically for the individual and their specific event. On 3 separate time points the athlete can send in videos or speak to the coach over skype to discuss the programme

2 week nutrition plan and support
A 2 week nutrition plan is developed based on body composition and nutritional analysis. At two time points the athlete can contact a nutritionist over skype for support.
