Gym programme based on movement screening and lifting technique analysis. Written specifically for the individual and their specific event. On 3 separate time points the athlete can send in videos or speak to the coach over skype to discuss the programme

A 2 week nutrition plan is developed based on body composition and nutritional analysis. At two time points the athlete can contact a nutritionist over skype for support.
